Marketing becomes more and more innovative over time, as prospects start to second guess your story and stop listening. Some of this innovation is effective, such as the TV advertising with Meerkats, others fail to make an impression and pass us by. The real question for owners of small and medium businesses is “what should we be doing to win and maintain market share?”
