
You and I are running businesses in a shrinking world where competitors are wider spread and more prolific than ever before, and if you are going to have a successful business you need to outperform others who are moving into your market.
The common thread here is YOU, the business owner! What it means is you need to be on the ball, you need to be firing on all cylinders, you need to be keeping everything under control, and able to identify when you don’t know what you need to know, and as a result realise you need to draw on outside services.
Mindset (your beliefs about yourself and your abilities) has always been one of the most important areas that allow businesses to thrive and mindfulness (your awareness of yourself and the world around you) may just be a tool to help us perform better!
